FEAR OF RAIN(2021)

 

This movie was excellent and did amazing work on the story plot, the way it's full of twists and turns which kept me on edge of the seat.

The story is about a teen girl with early-onset schizophrenia, a condition that causes her to see vivid hallucinations, and how her family supports her and society treats her.  

This movie gave the image of how society corners a person with the disorder and how she suffers from the difficulty of reality and her hallucinations. She fights it to prove a crime that her neighbor has kidnapped a kid. But no one believed her since she didn't enough proof. so with the help of her friend, who she herself doubts to be one of her hallucinations, she was trying to find the proof to help the kid.

As the movie is full of twists, it will keep us wondering till the end. 

The end of the movie was exciting and unexpected. And since the genre is a psychological thriller, they did an excellent job with mind games and made it more terrifying by how she suffers from her fears. 

The character of Rain was well played by Madison Iseman, and It's quite a good movie to watch, and it's thrilling and intense.
